This is only registration form you can registered your child,but to take admission you must have to collect the admission form from school office during school working hours.Relevant  Document attached with admission form:

For Nursery to I class –

  1. A copy of birth certificate.
  2. 2 Recent passport size photographs.
  3. SSSm ID
  4. Family  ID
  5. Caste Certificate
  6. Photocopy of Aadhar card

class II onward –

  1. Original school leaving certificate(TC).
  2. 2 Recent passport size photograph.
  3. A copy of previous year Mark-sheet  .
  4. SSSm ID
  5. Family  ID
  6. Caste Certificate
  7. Photocopy of Aadhar card
  8. Bank Account Number
